    Molly Chester is a health supportive Private Chef & Chef Instructor in Los Angeles, CA. She also stars in the upcoming culinary series “Farm to Table” and authors “Organic Spark“, a healthy food blog. A Business Graduate from Georgia Institute of Technology, she continued on to culinary school at New York’s prestigious Natural Gourmet Institute of Health & Culinary Arts. Recently, Molly spoke at Harvard Business School on the topic, Unleash the Healing Power of Food. Molly is currently writing a healthy family cookbook with her mother titled, “Roots n’ Sprouts, A Mother-Daughter Cookbook”.


    Cynthia Pasquella is a respected Board Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CCN), Certified Holistic Life Coach (CHLC), Certified Wellness Coach (CWC), and detoxification expert. Cynthia is a member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals, the American Holistic Medical Association, the American Association of Nutritional Consultants, and the Center for Mindful Eating.

    Graduating from DePaul University, Cynthia chose to further her studies in Clinical Nutrition, Holistic Health, and Mindful Awareness Research at UCLA and the Natural Healing Institute. Cynthia is certified as a Holistic Life Coach and Wellness Coach and has studied with some of the most popular and influential teachers in natural health and integrative medicine including Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Deepak Chopra, and Dr. Elson Haas. Cynthia has a private practice in Beverly Hills and also works on location.


    Brooke Alpert, M.S., R.D., C.D.N., founder of B Nutritious, www.b-nutritious.com, works with a variety of clients to meet their nutritional goals while working within their lifestyle. With a focus on meeting the demands of a busy schedule, Brooke teaches clients how to eat within their needs without feeling deprived. An individualized and customized approach is taken with each client to create an eating lifestyle that is tailored to his or her specific needs.

    Brooke was named as one of the new up and coming stars in the beauty and health field in W Magazine has been featured and quoted in numerous magazines, websites and television, including W Magazine, Glamour Magazine, People Magazine, Teen Vogue and The Tyra Banks Show. Brooke is a former advisor for Nivea and worked on the Goodbye Cellulite Challenge. She is a volunteer dietitian for The American Heart Association and works with numerous medical doctors as well as a variety of gyms in New York City. Brooke is also actively involved in numerous charities including Starlight Children’s Foundation and The National Osteoporosis Foundation.

    Brooke received her Masters of Science at New York University and completed her training at Mt. Sinai Hospital in affiliation with NYU. Brooke is a member of the American Dietetic Association, the Greater New York Dietetic Association, the Weight Management Group, the Sports Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutritionists Dietetic Practice Group and the Women’s Health and Reproductive Nutrition Group.

    Brooke, a former equestrian, is also a tri-athlete. She resides in New York City with her husband Todd and their daughter Emma.
