Its heartbreaking! My heart goes out to Emily and family. This article really scares me and I could not stop crying as I read it. It could happen to my 2 year old as he has so many food allergy And pretty severy. Most of the time, I feel alone because none my circle of friends have this problem with their child. I, too am not very diligent in carrying epipen since I always think that I'm not feeding anything but food from home. Accidents can happen anytime! My toddler also just started a sign of having athma. I'm feel scared To think what might happen. Thanks for sharing!

Its a very sad fact to know that some people are prone to death because of their allergies. The lesson here is do not take for granted the allergies that we have and must always be attentive. When we feel the first sign of allergy symptoms from the food we recently eat, we must threat them immediately and avoid as much as possible.
