Your journey has been incredible and your strength and fortitude is amazing. Have you ever tried the baked goods from Berlin Natural Bakery? They are made from spelt grain, which does contain gluten, but a gluten that is more easily digested and broken down in digestion more easily than in wheat gluten. The spelt grain used at this bakery is the purest spelt grain from Germany and is certified to be chemical free. Check out their website at www.berlinnaturalbakery.com.
Thank you for sharing your story and may your journey get easier and easier.

Thank you for this article. We are still trying to determine what my 16 month old is allergic to (so far it is milk, eggs, wheat, and corn). My family made me feel like I was being dramatic and a little extreme, so support is so essential as you feel the weight of making all of these decisions and becoming your own educated advocate. Our children are blessed to have loving families that will keep trying until we find a solution to help them be safe and comfortable!
