I read this article and noticed Katy’s reply. I also fed all organic. And we are vegetarian. Our son has multiple food allergies and some environmental and all the research shows that kids with FA are LESS likely to get ALL, yet our son was 4 when diagnosed. I had a flawless pregnancy and did everything I was “supposed” to from yoga for pregnant moms, eat healthy, decreased stress, knew medical history, etc. and yet here we are. My son is 6 now and will be on maintenance for another year, but there is always a worry, as you know. And my husband will always wonder what “caused” it. We, too, deal with osteopenia (he had a broken leg last year and found out).

I was organic and a label reader…my son now gets pumped with toxic chemicals that have the power to kill as well as cure him. We now face the battle with osteopenia and I am hunting down even more foods with calcium and Vitamin D. I am glad to have found you…I feel passionate about giving our children the right foods…I am just so surprised it is such a battle with the food companies.
