    Cherise’s “Pumpkin Pie”

    A delicious and healthy way to satisfy that “sweet tooth” craving; and easy too!

    1 Butternut Squash
    1 large apple (Red Delicious)
    1 large carrot
    1/4 Tbsp cinnamon
    3/4 cup milk*

    Cut the butternut squash, apple and carrot into small pieces and steam. Once soft, puree all ingredients in a food processor.

    *Substitute milk for almond, rice, or coconut milk
