Allergy Kids Foundation Recipes | June 8, 2010
- 1 cup Spinach, or Beet Greens
- 1 cup Almond Milk or Golden Milk
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries, strawberries or fruit of your choice
- 2 tablespoons Omega Flax Oil
Blend all ingredients in your VitaMix or blender and serve in your favorite glasses. A great way to start the day with getting your vegetables.
Hint: If you serve in colored glasses with a lid, the kids cannot see the color and are more likely to try the smoothie.
