    Strawberry Vinaigrette

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
    • 4 teaspoons rice vinegar
    • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 2 basil leaves, torn plus additional for garnish
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 cup olive oil

    Directions:

    Puree strawberries in blender of VitaMix. Add remaining ingredients except oil, blend until smooth and gradually add olive oil while blending on low speed

    Recommended with our Spring Greens Salad.
