How Allergy-Related Asthma Started A Frozen Meal Business
We have a story to share. It started with my oldest daughter and the allergy-related asthma she had as a 6 year old. Long story short, we cleaned up her digestive system (got off gluten and dairy for a while), she has never taken steriods and is now 13 years old and very healthy.
In turn, we started a restaurant/frozen meal business called Confluence Kitchen and now we sell the healthy,organic and locally sourced meals that we came to rely on as parents to hundreds of families in Northern California.
