Which person living or dead would you most like to have a meal with? My husband James Chuda

What would you serve? Organic Beet Soup

What trait do you most deplore in our food? Corn Syrup, fillers, and preservatives

What characteristic do you most admire in a person? Honesty

What is your best trait? My writing ability and cooking from the heart

What was your favorite school lunch as a kid? My lunchbox with everything made from home with loving hands including fresh baked bread when my mother had time

If you could deliver six words to Congress, what would they be? Children are more vulnerable than adults!

If the USDA asked you to replace the word “Organic,” what word would you use? Pesticide-free

If you were a piece of food, what would you be? A watermelon heirloom tomato

What is your favorite indulgence? Growing orchids

What is your current state of mind? Organically happy and thankful for everything I have in life- great health being the most important of all.
