    What would you serve? Arugula salad with avocado, red onions, toasted walnuts, cucumber and lemon oregano vinegarette, Wild Salmon, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, quinoa pilaf with onions & artichokes

    What trait do you most deplore in our food? Just one!  Besides the rampant misinformation – it would have to be GMO and mislabeling

    If you could deliver five words to Congress, what would they be? TELL THE TRUTH, conversely they should have to “Show me the money” behind everything going on

    If the USDA asked you to replace the word “Organic,” what word would you use? Real, unadulterated, unmodified, as nature intended it

    If you were a piece of food, what would you be? Hmmm – a green chili – smooth with a bit of a kick when you aren’t expecting it

    What is your current state of mind? Rebellious and dedicated to increasing awareness and empowering people to transform their health starting through their forks and their feet.
